It is common for designers, architects, engineers, and tradespeople to be hired independently without full knowledge of the project, causing a lengthier build and additional costs to the client. There is an intrinsic value of having a construction perspective during the design stage for constructability, costing inputs, and options to insure we have a full understanding of the design intent and objectives. A high-performance team is always better then separate individuals.
Local Relationships
As an established business in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area we have developed a relationship with the Niagara Escarpment Commission, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Building Department and are extremely familiar with the application and approval process. As residents ourselves, we have insight regarding appropriate neighbourhoods and potential properties, acting as a guide for our clients who may be relocating to the area.
